Pastor Seay serves as senior pastor of Liberty and Truth Ministries in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a growing urban ministry changing lives through the truth of God’s word. He has served in various ministry capacities during his more than 20 years of ministry including; first assistant to the pastor, Coordinator of Pastoral Care Ministry, Dean of the Mount Zion Church Bible College, and Director of Christian Education. Pastor Seay has served as District Youth President in the Light of the World District and State Youth President for the Wisconsin First Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop Sedgwick Daniels. Pastor Seay is a sought after preacher, presenter, consultant, and lecturer. He has served as an adjunct professor at City on a Hill Urban Bible College Milwaukee. Professionally Pastor Seay has worked for more than 20 years in the non-profit arena. His last position was as the Director of Operations and Program Development for Innovative Family Partnerships in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Currently Pastor Seay serves as the CEO of Liberty and Truth Ministries Social Services. Through his visionary leadership the organization has partnered with Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin to recruit foster and adoptive families from the faith community; has partnered Here’s Life Inner City and Metrobrook Church to provide after school services. Pastor Seay is the founder and president of D. E. Seay Consultants a consulting firm serving faith-based and community organizations. He specializes in assisting organizations in developing mission and vision statements, business plans, team building, strategic planning, grant writing, fund development and securing their 501(c)3 tax exempt recognition. Pastor Seay has provided training and consultation services locally, regionally, and nationally to more than 150 agencies. Pastor Seay possesses a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel Services in Higher Education from Memphis State University. He also has a Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
