Senior Pastor, Walter Harvey is a visionary, author, mentor and global servant leader. He has proven ability and success in church growth, media, counseling, communication and non-profit and Christian community development.  Bishop Harvey has led Parklawn for over 20 years and he is the founder and president of Walter Harvey Ministries, Inc., an international ministry dedicated to producing creative and practical media and teaching resources that empower people, churches, non-profits and corporations. Under Bishop Harvey’s leadership Parklawn has been recognized as one of the fastest growing churches in America.  He serves the Kingdom of God and within the Assemblies of God with distinction and honor, as a General Presbyter (Vice President of the National Black Fellowship), and as a Executive Presbyter and Ethnic – Language Group Presbyter of the Wisconsin Northern Michigan Ministries Network. In addition, he serves on numerous community boards in the Greater Milwaukee area.  Even with these achievements in mind, Bishop Harvey would say that his greatest accomplishments are being the devoted husband of Judy Harvey, proud father of Nicholas and grandfather of Autumn.
